Villa Layout
A water feature, natural sandstone walls and over-hanging tropical greenery line the entrance into Avasara Residence’s impressive living pavilion. This vast space runs the entire width of the villa, opening onto a wide terrace and a breathtaking ocean panorama.
Accessed via a flight of steps from the living pavilion terrace, the first of two master suites occupies the upper level of an adjacent two-storey pavilion. The stairs continue down to pool level where a second master suite opens to the pool terrace, overlooking the dining sala and stunning view.
Beneath the living pavilion, three guest bedrooms with a shared terrace overlook the garden, pool and ocean.

Indoor Living
Life at Avasara Residence revolves around the magnificent living and dining pavilion. This is the social hub of the villa, a place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, to gather for sunset cocktails or simply relax on the terrace and be inspired by the villa’s spectacular views.
A cathedral ceiling soars above a stylish and comfortable lounge designed on a tropical theme with rattan sofas and easy chairs in cool, cream fabrics, area rugs, Thai artefacts and table lamps facing a wall-mounted, satellite channel TV.
A dining table for up to 10 guests dominates the centre of the room. At the far end, a fully equipped western-style kitchen with wine fridge and island bar is the place for breakfast, snacking and socialising.
Glass doors fold back to connect this expansive space with a wide terrace, for seamless indoor and outdoor living and entertainment.
Outdoor Living
A 20-metre pool is the focal point of outdoor living at the villa, its infinity edge set against the spectacular backdrop of Bhoput Bay and distant offshore islands.
At the centre of the pool, whimsical bronze sculptures of birds appear to float above the water. At one end, a swim-up bar connects with a spacious outdoor dining sala. Here, a built-in barbecue grill, drinks fridge and dining table for up to 10 guests sets the scene for lazy lunches, starlit dinners and poolside barbecues with a view.
The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and colourful cushions, designer daybeds and sun umbrellas, positioned to catch the cooling coastal breezes.
The villa’s mature gardens overflow with varieties of palms, frangipani and other fragrant bushes and plants, creating a luxuriant tropical sanctuary at this exceptional private villa.
Bedrooms
Five luxuriously furnished ensuite bedrooms at Avasara Residence feature folding glass doors opening onto terraces that take full advantage of the views. All bedrooms have king-size beds and bathrooms designed in warm honey-coloured ceramics, with double vanities, walk-in rain showers, and terrazzo bathtubs in the two master suites.
Stylish bedroom interiors feature tiled floors, area rugs, and elegant wood and rattan furniture, while generous wardrobes and natural fabrics create a calm and supremely comfortable ambiance. Smart TVs, modern AV systems, personal safes and bedside controls for air conditioning are common to each room.
Master Bedroom 1
The leading master suite occupies the top level of an elegant pavilion adjacent to the main living area. A Thai-style roof reflects that of the main pavilion and gives this master bedroom an especially high ceiling and an ambiance of sheer spaciousness and light. Panoramic views can be enjoyed from the king-size bed, from the tub in the suite’s sleek bathroom and from the private furnished terrace accessed via wraparound glass doors.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master suite, situated directly below the first, on the ground floor of the pavilion, reflects the same elegant design and layout. Here again, glass doors wraparound the room, this time opening onto the pool terrace. From the king-size bed and bathroom, guests enjoy a stunning panorama across the infinity pool to the ocean.
Deluxe Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5
Below the main living pavilion, three sumptuously furnished bedrooms of a similar design and layout are set back from the garden behind a shared terrace. Ensuite bathrooms with generous windows allow natural light to fill the room. Along the front of each room, folding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, to reveal a view down over the pool to the ocean from the king-size bed.

Avasara Residence is serviced by the estate’s central kitchen, run by a highly skilled chef and his team. The kitchen is adept in the preparation of Thai and western cuisines, which are served hot in the villa. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu). A suggestion priced menu is available for you to choose from. Alternatively, groceries are charged at cost plus 30% handling fee which is subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

Events for up to 40 guests can be held at Avasara Residence with prior notice (event fee applies).
