Favourite snacks and drinks can be ordered and delivered in advance of your arrival or organised once you are settled in.  Your manager can also recommend off-site excursions to discover Samui’s numerous attractions, and arrange spa therapists, yoga, tennis and other sports and fitness instructors to visit for health and wellness sessions.

Villa Manager

Your villa manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the villa, ensuring all runs smoothly.  Managers know the local area inside and out, so are a great source of information.

Resident Chef

A highly skilled chef and his team operate a central kitchen at Panacea Retreat and provide each villa with five-star Thai and international cuisines. They are also adept in preparing special dietary items and children’s meals. A Thai cooking class hosted by the chef is a special experience not to be missed.

Housekeeping Attendants

Housekeepers serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and take care of daily housekeeping and domestic duties.
