Past the large stepping stones and water feature is the impressive living and dining pavilion, which runs almost the full length of the 2,000 sqm property. The pavilion rises to a lofty height with its vaulted ceiling and a wraparound wall of glass doors that open onto the terrace. At one end of the room is a lounge area with Thai artefacts and deeply-cushioned rattan sofas and armchairs, set around a Smart TV. A 10-seater table rests beside the gourmet kitchen, which showcases top-tier appliances and a built-in wine cooler.

Running the length of the living pavilion is a covered balcony, lined with all-weather chairs that face the stunning surroundings, while overlooking the garden and 20m infinity pool. The beautiful pool terrace is situated on the lower level, and features a swim-up bar with sunken seats. Beside it is a covered dining sala; the perfect place for an al fresco feast or a pool party.

Stairs on both sides of the balcony lead down to the lower level of the villa where three of the five bedrooms face out across the garden, pool and views. All of the bedrooms present king-size beds, TVs, plenty of storage space and private ensuite bathrooms.
Doors from the two master suites open directly onto the pool terrace and enjoy resplendent views. Each has a separate dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a rain shower and an indulgent bathtub beside a window that looks out across the pool and to the ocean.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
