The lofty vaulted ceiling and full-height glass doors create a sense of grandeur in the open-plan living and dining room. A 10-seater table takes pride of place in the dining area, next to a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, top-tier appliances, and a built-in wine cooler. A pool table next to this dining zone beckons you to play a billiards game with your travel companions. On the other side, the spacious lounge area is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs oriented towards a Smart TV.

The covered balcony next to the living pavilion presents another lounging spot — it runs along the entire length of the living pavilion and overlooks the tropical garden and 20m-long infinity pool. Make your way down to the villa’s lower level to enjoy the pool terrace that’s flanked by a lawn and garden. Take a dip in the pool and head towards the swim-up bar, which is integrated into a covered dining sala. Sip cocktails with your entourage, chat the afternoon away and watch the splendorous sunset together from this terrific vantage point.

Four of five bedrooms enjoy direct access to the pool terrace, while the fifth bedroom enjoys an elevated view from the ground floor. A covered walkway runs along the front of three ensuite rooms, each of which has its own king-size bed and ensuite bathrooms with a rain shower. The two master bedrooms are located in the same building next to the pool; each room has its own king-size bed and dressing area, as well as a stone-clad tub in the ensuite bathroom.

A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
• Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
• Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
• Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
• After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

Meals are prepared by Panacea’s central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen — guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT.
We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request.
If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa’s kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
