A Charmed Life

The expansive living and dining room showcases a vaulted ceiling with full-height glass doors. A square dining table is positioned next to the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, high-end appliances, and a built-in wine cooler. On the opposite side of the dining table is the expansive lounge area — it features a wall-mounted TV surrounded by two comfortable sofas, a chaise lounge, and two armchairs, set around a coffee table.

The clever design opens onto wide terraces and a 20m infinity pool making it easy to spend hours admiring the incredible views. Dine al fresco at the covered dining sala next to the pool, enjoying the views while having a wonderful meal with your family and friends.  On one side of the pool, sunken stools are served by a swim-up bar.

All four bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds. The master suite is the standout space — it has a separate dressing area behind the king-size bed, which leads into an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a rain shower and an oversized bathtub.

Serviced by the estate’s central kitchen, run by a highly skilled chef and his team. The kitchen is adept in the preparation of Thai and western cuisines, which are served hot in the villa. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).

  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

    • Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

    • Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

    • Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

    • After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

  • A suggestion priced menu is available for you to choose from

    Alternatively, a private in-villa chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets) at additional cost (USD 60++).

    In-villa Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at 30% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT.

    Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 30% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT.

    Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 3% (VISA Card, Master Card, JTB card, Union Pay).

    Curated selection of wines and spirits available. List can be provided in advance for pre-selection.

  • Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
